“I have seen Helen skillfully facilitate conversations around complex employment issues and earn the respect and trust of multiple stakeholders with diverse views. She is particularly effective in taking a wide-ranging, nuanced conversation and quickly identifying major themes and patterns, zeroing in on areas where there is still disagreement and highlighting areas where there is common ground.”
